Terrible service, Avoid Browns

Purchased an item from Browns NL through Farfetch. Staff unable to package it safely for international shipment, so item came damaged. Then the nonsense began. The customer service team are well trained at talking you in circles, being deliberately obstructive and unhelpful. I waited hours for a courier to collect item but they never arrived, costing me $$$ in work time. Then they expected me to drive 2 hours each way to drop off item, again on my work time and $$$, or wait again for the non-existent courier to collect item for return. Lost revenue would cost me more than the item was worth. There are many, many places to buy the same goods from, save yourself the time, money and stress and buy from somewhere else, anywhere else. Would not recommend Browns or Farfetch to anybody. Appalling.

I have ordered from Browns a few times…

I have ordered from Browns a few times now and each and every time have been great. Delivery was fast considering each one came from the Netherlands. Returns were straight forward and I received my refund pretty quickly. The customer service team are amazing, on ordering a bag the price went up as I was checking out so the order wouldn’t go through and customer service honoured the original price which I was very great full for as they didn’t have to do that as it was a popular bag. Now and again you get the odd 10% off sent which is good. Overall very happy with their service.

Fantastic experience!

Upon reading some of the reviews I was very reluctant to order my item as the price seemed too good to be true, but honestly this has been an extremely satisfactory experience for me, the item arrived on time and was packed very well and customer service was excellent, I would definitely order from them again! Thank you very much.

BRILLIANT SERVICE!! DON’T BELIEVE! on what you read on these reviews! I read the bad reviews and I was wondering if I should order from them then i did! and it was the BEST DECISION! There was NO PROBLEMS at ALL! FANTASTIC product they sent me! And GREAT 👍 PACKAGING! THANKS A-LOT! Will order again!!

The worst online shopping experience

This is by far the worst experience I ever had for online shipping in my life. I placed an order on 8/11/22, item was shipped from UK the next day, arrived to the US on 8/13/22, then it had been sitting at Fedex. According to Fedex, Browns didn't provide commercial invoice with the package, hence it caused customs delay. I have sent four emails to them, every other day, reminding them to provide the missing information to Fedex or the package will be return to the sender, every time they just replied they did, and asked me to monitor the package as well. Today, 8/24/22, I received the email from Fedex saying that my package is being returned to the sender. I will never purchase from Browns fashion again. I am hoping I will receive a full refund with shipping charge once you receive the return package from Fedex.

I am delighted with the Service

I am delighted with the Service, I ordered a purse Stelle Macartney, the packed arrived very fast, they sent papers to facilitate a return in case I want to send back.
I will purchase more items for sure, thank you for your costume service and for answering me very fast on Instagram.

Missleading advertising, poor customer service.

Ordered a pair of Valentino sneakers in the sale. They have sent the wrong item, now saying they won’t exchange. Item is now £630 and were ordered and paid for at £252. Offered 15% off which is an insult. Personally I feel they were advertised in a miss leading manner and maybe they sent the wrong item deliberately? They have booked a collection for when I’m not in also. The customer service is nothing like it used to be, not the caring Fashion store it used to be!

Please send me the correct product I ordered that shows in stock online for the agreed advertised price that I have paid for, then you can collect the incorrect one. That’s a fair option to remedy the issue or I shall just keep the item I have. I am not the one who made the mistake.

Too slow shipping

I placed an order two days ago, paying for Express shipping, but the package hasn't left yet. I'm used to Net-a-Porter which, by making the Express shipping, start the goods immediately.Browns Fashion is really too slow in shipping.

I wish I had read these negative…

I wish I had read these negative reviews before purchasing a cashmere sweater for almost £200 in the sale. After wearing the wolford sweater for only a few hours of light wear there is extensive pilling all over it. Browns customer services response is that it is a product made of the highest quality materials and it is expected to have pilling like this. I am extremely unhappy
